Tour in Castelsardo, in northern Sardinia, to discover the history, monuments, and most suggestive views of the ancient town. Immersed in the medieval scenery of the ancient village of Castelsardo, an expert guide will illustrate the history, legends, and many curiosities of a town that preserves its centuries-old traditions intact.
It will be a journey through time among the high walls overlooking the sea that guard important monuments such as churches, aristocratic residences and, dominating the surrounding area, you will visit the Doria castle, seat of the Mediterranean weaving museum, where artefacts made by the skilful hands of local craftsmen are kept. Finally, to enrich your experience, you will take part in a weaving workshop, learning the techniques of the Castelsardo tradition.
At the end of the workshop you will have the artifact created as a souvenir of the day.
