Abseiling at Pedra Longa in the Supramonte of Baunei
Description
Take part in an exciting and adventurous excursion to Pedra Longa, in the Baunei area, a 128-metre-high limestone cliff overlooking the sea, a unique natural monument in Ogliastra, in central-eastern Sardinia.
You will descend from the summit via several calibrated rappels that you will tackle with the help of an expert guide, who will adapt the pace to your pace and technique, even if you are a complete beginner.
You will experience an unforgettable morning or afternoon amidst breathtaking views, nature and crystal-clear sea, in a true corner of paradise also known as the starting point of the famous Selvaggio Blu.

IMPORTANT
- Requirements: know how to swim and do not suffer from any physical or psychological conditions that prevent or discourage the practice of this activity.
- After meeting with the guide, you will reach the starting point of the hike via an easy trek of about 10 minutes to the plateau.
- The experience is also suitable for beginners, but moderate physical fitness is required.
- It is not possible to participate in the experience with open shoes, rock shoes or flip-flops. In case you do not have closed shoes, it is possible to rent them for a fee by contacting the guide post-booking.
