Description

Discover the historic centre of the village of Castelsardo, pearl of the north-west coast of Sardinia. An experienced local guide will accompany you to discover the ancient medieval stronghold surrounded by high walls overlooking the sea.
You will walk through characteristic narrow alleys and breathtaking views, visit the most important monuments including the Pisan gate, the municipal loggia and the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, guardian of the mysteries of the Holy Week. You can also choose to visit the castle and the cathedral.
Finally, the experience will be enlivened by an aperitif of typical local products in one of the characteristic buildings of the old town.

TIMETABLES

The excursion is available all year round in the morning at 9:30 am. In addition, in the months of:

  • October, November, December, January, February, March and April is also available at 3:00 pm
  • May, June, July, August and September is also available at 5:30 pm

APERITIF

The location of the aperitif may vary depending on availability, in any case the tasting will include a local wine (vermentino or cannonau usually) or a draft beer or soft drink accompanied by local products (cured meats cheeses or other appetizers)
