Perfugas: Green Mindfulness experience

IMPORTANT

• The experience is not suitable for children or young people under the age of 18, as the planned activities are intended for a more mature and aware target group.

PROGRAMME

The guide will adapt the route to the group's target group, until arriving at the grove where there will be 5 stops of about 10 minutes each for activities involving guided exercises:

• Presence: in an increasingly fast-moving reality, it is essential to cultivate an awareness focused on the present, to stop before responding to external stimuli and to be in the here and now.
• The 5 senses: a small journey through our senses, with which to establish contact with the elements of nature.
• Mandala in nature: a mandala will be created using the elements found in nature for an anti-stress and relaxing activity.
• A walk to promote greater awareness and presence to life, discovering details that may escape us at first glance.
• Gratitude: you will have time to note down all the things to be grateful for.

HERBAL TEA

At the end of the walk, a relaxing herbal tea with dry biscuits will be served.
Options for allergies, intolerances, or vegetarian and vegan options are available upon request to the number on your booking voucher.

POOL

At the end of the guided walk, it is possible to enter the swimming pool on your own for further relaxation.
The pool is open from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and is located in the common area, about 50 metres from the tents. There are 12 sun loungers available, spread over about 30 square metres of shade.

ANIMALS

Animals of all sizes are allowed with a muzzle and leash, provided they are of a docile disposition, with the exception of swimming in the pool. A leash is sufficient for small dogs.
