Cooking class on traditional Sardinian cuisine in Montresta from Alghero
Description
Looking for an experience of breathtaking views, flavours and Sardinian tradition? Depart aboard our comfortable vehicle from Alghero with our expert guide! It will accompany you on a journey through unforgettable views overlooking the sea, along the famous and unforgettable coastal Alghero - Bosa. The final destination will be a country house in Montresta, near Bosa, where a family of shepherds will welcome you to guide you in a fun workshop of traditional Sardinian cuisine. You will learn the secrets of the preparation of some typical local products such as pasta, called Pipiriolos, and also some bread or a cake depending on the availability of the period. Afterwards you can also take a relaxing walk through the nature and surrounding farm or in the city, before returning to Alghero.

TASTING
