Il pecorino è il formaggio considerato l’emblema della produzione casearia della Sardegna e con questa esperienza potrai imparare a produrlo in una fattoria di Burgos, nel cuore della Sardegna.
Verrai guidato durante il laboratorio da un esperto con tutta sua la cura e la sapienza della tradizione e apprenderai le fasi della produzione, la conservazione e i tempi di stagionatura. Successivamente ti accompagnerà in una visita all'interno della fattoria dove scoprirai una bellissima realtà e gusterai i fantastici prodotti.
Sarà un'esperienza a tutto tondo dove non solo produrrai il pecorino con le tue mani, ma scoprirai tantissime curiosità sulla fattoria e sul territorio circostante.

VISITA FATTORIA

Non sarà una visita in una semplice fattoria, ma conoscerai specie provenienti da tutto il mondo nel villaggio delle galline di Gallilandia e nel villaggio delle oche e delle anatre di Nuratide. Visiterai inoltre una riproduzione dell'area in cui si trova la fattoria nella mostra del Goceano in Miniatura.
