Olbia: visit a gin-making factory with tasting

IMPORTANT

It is possible to reach the meeting point only by car. It is not possible to get there by public transportation and it is not recommended to arrive by bike because of the slope of the road in the last section.

TASTING

The tasting is for ages 18 and up and includes four oysters and olives, 1 cl pure gin and 1 gin tonic (3 cl gin in neutral tonic).

Water and carasau bread will also be available.

Children and young people aged 6 years to 17 years will be offered juice, a small snack with cheese, sausage and carasau bread, and ice cream.

In case of allergies or intolerances, vegetarian and vegan solutions, and in case oysters are not liked, after booking please contact our guide at the phone number on the booking voucher as soon as possible.

EXTRA

By selecting the EXTRA item when booking, at an additional cost of 26€, it will be possible to integrate the tasting of two types of myrtle with respective pairing, from the following:

• berry myrtle: 2 cl in a suitable glass, accompanied with small pieces of traditional pecorino cheese;
• berry and leaf myrtle: 2 cl in suitable goblet, accompanied with typical Sardinian artisanal cold cuts;
• white myrtle: 2 cl in suitable goblet, accompanied with dark chocolate;
• myrtle and honey: 2 cl in suitable goblet, served on artisanal ice cream (stracciatella or vanilla).

If the extra tasting is booked, the experience will last a total of about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

AVAILABLE TIMES

The experience is available at hourly intervals in the morning from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and in the afternoon from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

PETS

Pets are allowed on a leash in open spaces but not in the production workshop. It will also be necessary to notify the guide of the presence of pets at the number on the Booking Voucher before arriving at the meeting point.
