From Baunei: trekking in Cala Goloritzè
Description
Cala Goloritzè is one of the most fascinating places in Ogliastra, on the east coast of Sardinia. With this trek you venture into one of the most beautiful trails that will take you to the famous and beautiful Cala, a natural jewel. The route between the white limestone paths, will be fascinating not only for the wild beauty of the surrounding nature, but also for the particular geology of the area.
You will have a chance to see the Aguglia di Goloritzè, a natural monument and a popular destination for climbers all over the world, and the rocky arch on the water, icon of the place, which dominates the promontory to the north of Capo Montesanto. You can also admire the white and characteristic beach, and of course the crystal clear waters where you can swim and enjoy pure moments of peace. Adventure and many emotions in one excursion. IMPORTANT
- The hike is recommended for people in good psycho-physical health, who are used to mountain trails with both uphill and downhill gradients and rocky paths
- This trek is not recommended for women in an advanced state of pregnancy. Children must already be accustomed to long walks
- From the meeting point indicated on the map, you will then have to follow a stretch of road (at some point offroad) always with your car
