Porto Torres: kayak excursion
Description
In the north-west of Sardinia, in the charming town of Porto Torres, you can go on a guided kayak excursion from a beach easily recognizable thanks to the sculpture of a dolphin on a rock in the middle of the sea: Scogliolungo beach.
Our expert guide will accompany you on a dynamic tour, but suitable for beginners, with which you can discover this rugged coastline, characterized by rocky cliffs and overhanging walls. You will make a refreshing stop in a small hidden beach, Scoglioricco, or in the beautiful Balai, and then continue the tour by passing several caves, which can only be seen from the sea.

The route is about 8 km.
The itinerary includes, according to the weather conditions of the day and the preparation of the participants, the arrival to the church of Balai away:
- Departure from the Scogliolungo Beach
- Sailing to the Freshwater Beaches
- Passage facing 2 or 3 caves, chosen by our experienced guide, such as: Cave of the Seagull, Cave of the Bench, Cave of the Bar, Cave of the Cicada, Cave of the Mushroom, Cave of the Bicycle, Cave of the Lovers, Cave of the Bridge, Cave of Hell and Twin Caves. It will not be possible to enter the caves to preserve the very fragile marine habitats,to comply with local regulations and for safety reasons.

The kayaks available are 60 Single.
EQUIPMENT HIRE
The participation fee includes the rental of:
- Kayak and paddle
- Waterproof bag for mobile phone (one per group)
- Flotation aid vest
AVAILABLE TIMES
The experience is available daily at 8:55 am. From June 1 to September 15, it is also available in the evening at 6:00 pm.
