From San Teodoro: sea baptism at Ruja Island

IMPORTANT

• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women.
• After a quick and fun 15-minute theory lesson, you can breathe underwater for the first time in complete safety to an approximate depth of 4/5 metres.
• To protect your health, you should avoid taking a flight (airplane or helicopter) in the 12 hours after diving.

ITINERARY

• Navigating just 5 in the Tavolara Protected Marine Area in the direction of Isola Ruja, information about the surrounding area and passing in front of Isola Ruja and the famous beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Salina Bamba and Baia Salinedda.
• Stop about 50 minutes in Isola Ruja.
• Snack on board and return to port.

SNACK

The snack served on board includes: chocolate cookies (gluten-free, lactose-free and hazelnut-free), hot tea, lemon and water cold tea.

DIVING CENTER

At the end of the experience, will be available and free use 2 bathrooms for women and 2 bathrooms for men, with hot water showers.
Inside the diving center there is also a cabin to change if you do not need a toilet.
